With a view to expand its network, HDFC Bank has incorporated a Non-Banking Finance Company (non-deposit taking), HDB Financial Services Limited with a capital commitment of Rs.100 Crore and an authorised capital of Rs.1000 Crore.

HDB Financial Services was incorporated on June 4, 2007, received its commencement certificate on July 31, 2007, and received RBI approval on December 31, 2007.

HDB Financial Services Limited is a subsidiary company of HDFC Bank.
